Fibroblast is a revolutionary new treatment providing surgery like results without the downtime. Plasma is generated when the atmospheric gas between the instrument tip and the skin is ionised, this is known as the sublimation process which turns solid directly into gas. This process creates a tiny plasma flash as the gas touches the skin. As the arc reaches the skin it leaves a micro dot which develops a carbon crust.
